Today I walked with Kellie Schneider over to the Royal Van club - its about 2+ miles from here. I had to stop a few times as I haven't been walking & the hills are very steep. We visited with some of the Royal Van's members who walked by us too.
Tonight we had hamburgers with cheese & buns with baked beans & pickles. We also bought some more things from the baker - faccacio bread, scones for breakfast tomorrow & a great pie, which we had for dessert. Of course we still have some left.
It was very windy again today & 1 boat that came in this evening said it was very windy coming across the Georgia Straits. They came from Ovens Island which is another SYC outstation which doesn't have power & is close to a First Nations reservation. We usually stay there on our way back, before we go to Ganges.
